Who we are
Welcome to A&E Helander, a family owned company that focuses on spreading positivity and promotes an active lifestyle for everyone.
Alexander and Emmy Helander are both teachers with years of experience and have worked with children of all ages and from every part of society. Alexander is also an active adaptive wakeboarder who represents the Swedish national team internationally. Emmy is very experienced in many different sports and physical activities such as figure skating, skiing and has a degree in physical education.

We think that everyone can live a active lifestyle despite for any disability. We have good experience of searching and finding activities that would suit anyone!
Services in Swedish and English
Our services are available in both Swedish and English and we also offer digital solutions where we can personally deliver a good experience even if we are worlds apart.
Our social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube provides the viewer with a personal and authentic experience. We collaborate with trusted partners that shares our values and provide quality ideas and inventory.
We provide costumers with quality collaborations that has been very well received both by the audience and the costumer. We offer lectures on topics such as motivation, living with chronic illness, how to be a supporting partner, experiences from our lives and how to setup achievable goals in your never ending progression through life. We are flexible and ready to tailor the lectures to suit your needs.
Previously we've attended physical education at different schools to give students more knowledge about parasport with hands on activities that will change their perspective on disabilities. We now offer this for both adults and children who would benefit from a new perspective on mobility, aids, accessibility and sports. A good way to show what we are capable of doing when we have the best circumstances avaliable.
